Elizabeth is a highly experienced Pilates instructor with over 25 years of teaching across Pilates and dance settings in NSW and Victoria. Her work focuses on functional movement, strength development and helping individuals better understand how their bodies move with efficiency and ease.
Elizabeth has extensive experience working alongside dance physiotherapists and allied health professionals, supporting clients to build stability, mobility and confidence in their movement at all stages of life. Her teaching approach is supportive, individualised and grounded in long-term physical wellbeing.
Elizabeth’s pathway into Pilates began during her professional dance training at the Australian Ballet School, where Pilates formed an integral part of her strength and conditioning development. She later completed formal Pilates teacher training following her performing career.
Before transitioning fully into teaching, Elizabeth enjoyed an international ballet career spanning companies including Singapore Dance Theatre, Hong Kong Ballet (guest artist) and West Australian Ballet, and toured Australia and New Zealand with The Phantom of the Opera.
As a mother of two, Elizabeth brings warmth, empathy and a lifelong passion for movement to her teaching, supporting clients to stay strong, mobile and active throughout every stage of life.

After returning to Australia, she performed with Opera Australia and Opera Queensland before transitioning fully into teaching and artistic leadership roles.
Since retiring from the stage, Nikki has devoted her career to broadening access to ballet — teaching adults, vocational students and inclusive dance communities, and developing specialised ballet programs across multiple sectors.
Nikki holds a Diploma of Performing Arts (Dance), Diploma of Dance Teaching and Management, RAD Postgraduate Certificate in Dance Teaching, and has recently completed her Master’s of Arts in Dance Teaching. She is also a qualified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor.
